In jewelry news, Ronnie had to take his car in for some kind of warranty thing and the Volkswagen dealership near us is no longer a Volkswagen so we drove out to the dealership in Ann Arbor so we could have lunch out there. We stopped in Briarwood to browse around and we found my jewelry! My birthday isn't until April, but Ronnie bought it for me as a birthday present.
Here is my pictures of the bracelet and earrings:
and the stock photos (The stock photo of the bracelet is kind of scary... ):

Speaking of veils, my mom made me TWO new ones! I posted a while ago about how I ordered one from etsy. When it came, it looked great with my dress except it was just TOO ivory. I guess a veil is something I really shouldn't have ordered online, because colors are just too hard to match without seeing them in person. I brought it to my mom and then her and I went to Joann's to get some whiter tulle. While we were there she found some really beautiful lace, so she made me a plain one, and beaded lacy one. I'll try to get her to take some pictures today when she comes over later to post because she really did a great job, and then everyone can see where my crafting genes came from.
Ronnie Sr. sent me a review of our ceremony recently. He did an absolutely beautiful job, I can't wait for everyone to hear it! The only thing left to do for it is our vows. I'm not sure if Ronnie (Jr.) wants to write ours or not, he did write a speech for the reception but he won't let me read it! One more thing down!
I know there was a few other things I wanted to post about, but I think this has been a long enough post! I'll try to update some more tomorrow or later in the week!
I didn't even know that they had NBC in the ice show. I'm pretty bummed that I didnt go now. I can see the spiderwebs in the background at least. I like the bracelet. I don't know about the earrings. How big are they?
ReplyDeleteIt was right at the begining and it was LONG! They only had Jack, he was throwing a Halloween party and a lot of the Disney villans came out and skated around with him to 'this is halloween' (with some of the words slightly changed). I was pretty shocked because right before that an Alice unbirthday party opened the show! I was like 2 best under represented Disney movies, buuut the iPhone wouldn't take even a decent picture. We will have to go together whenever they have a next show!
ReplyDeleteThe earrings are maybe an inch to an inch and a half long? I
thinking about keeping them, and then getting a smaller cheaper pair for the reception.
I think the earings look nice, I bet they'll look beautiful with your hear up. Your mom did a real nice job on the vail. loved the pic
ReplyDeleteI'll have to tell my mom that you liked the earrings, she was just asking me if I got to talk to you about them yet haha!
ReplyDeleteI agree she did an excellent job! She tries to pretend she's not good at sewing but we all know that's not the truth!
